Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to street postal addresses (not PO boxes) Australia wide.
What are your delivery charges?
$12 delivery charge will apply to each transaction under $200 online.
Shipping is free for a single transaction over $200!
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a eParcel consignment number. Please allow 3 working days to receive this email.
You can track your order from the home page on the Australia Post eParcel website: http://auspost.com.au/track
If you do not receive a tracking number via e-mail within 5 working days from the time of your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2 working days after payment for your order to be processed.
For major cities, please allow 2 working days after processing for shipment.
For other areas, please allow 4-5 working days after processing for shipment.
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of payment, please track your order on the Australia Post eParcel website or contact us on the below details.
We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
