These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to Ollie’s Place web site located at www.olliesplace.com.au and all associated sites linked to www.olliesplace.com.au by Ollie’s Place, its subsidiaries and affiliates. 

By using this site, you agree to the terms of this site.  

Ollie’s Place reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. Be sure to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Ollie’s Place grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.


Purchasing Online

All stock is subject to availability. Designs and colours may vary from those shown. The online store product availability may differ from the in-store product. Ollie’s Place is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Please check the size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Online promotions and in-store promotions are not always aligned.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. Online store price may differ to other stores, it is only valid for online purchase.

When placing your order, please ensure you double check the size prior to payment to avoid any delay in processing your order.


Receiving Your Order

Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please contact Customer Service at info@olliesplace.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to your query within 48 hours.  


Returning In-store Purchases

For items purchased in Ollie's Place physical stores, you can return to any Ollie’s Place physical stores in Australia, but not to the online store. Find our full list of store locations here: http://www.olliesplace.com.au/store-locations

  1. Items must be returned with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. 
  2. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn. We do not provide a refund for change-of-mind returns. 
  3. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you.
  4. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Returning Online Purchases

We hope you love your Ollie’s Place order, and are satisfied with the quality of your products. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online by Australian customers subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date.
  2. Items must be returned with the packing slip, receipt or invoice.
  3. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
  4. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item/s to us.
  5. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in price. Your exchanged item will be shipped once you have paid the difference and we have received the returned item.
  6. Items purchased online can only returned to our online store.  However, you can go to any of our physical stores if it is merely an exchange to a different size of the same item.
  7. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn. We do not provide refunds on change of mind returns.
  8. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are: faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose or different to those shown or described to you.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days of shipment date with proof of purchase.

  2. Place the items you wish to return in an express post bag and return to:

  1. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you are wanting an exchange, please also include an express post bag with your address on it so we can ship your exchange items.
  2. Faulty items - Once we receive the faulty item, we will refund the full purchase price.
  3. Refunds will only be credited to the card of the purchaser.

Vouchers 
 
     1. Gift vouchers purchased online must be redeemed in the online store.

     2. Gift vouchers purchased in store can be redeemed in any of our store locations, but cannot be redeemed online. 

     3. Online vouchers can be used by entering the voucher code at the checkout. 

     4. Online vouchers are inexhaustible, and can be used for a number of puchases.

     5. Upon puchasing a gift voucher online, an email will be sent to the recipient with the voucher code.
